ISoP members are reminded that the deadline for abstract submissions is 7 March 2026 for the upcoming ISoP Mid-Year Symposium 2026, taking place 9–10 June 2026 in Hatfield, United Kingdom.
The symposium, titled “Collaboration in Pharmacovigilance in an Evolving Information Environment,” will explore collaboration as both a strategic necessity and a practical enabler of modern pharmacovigilance.
Call for Abstracts
ISoP invites pharmacovigilance specialists, pharmacoepidemiologists, and drug safety scientists to submit abstracts reflecting these themes and contributing to the collaborative advancement of pharmacovigilance science and practice.
Researchers will have the opportunity to present their work as:
- Oral flash presentations (10 minutes)
- Poster presentations
Accepted abstracts (oral and posters) from presenters who have completed registration will be published online in Frontiers in Drug Safety and Regulation.
All accepted posters will also be eligible for the Poster Prize, sponsored by the Drug Safety Research Unit, which includes one complimentary registration to one of their courses.

- Registration deadline for presenters: 14 April 2026
Presenters of accepted abstracts must register for the symposium and pay the appropriate registration fee.
