The Register of Commerce in Geneva requires the Society to make minor changes to two articles of its new statutes (Article 8.3 & 15.1), in order to conform to Swiss law. An Extraordinary General Assembly of ISoP took place at 5.30 pm on Wednesday 25 May 2017 in Bangkok, during the ISoP Mid-year training in Bangkok.

This General Assembly not being quorate (which requires that at least half plus one of the active paid-up members must be present), the motion will be postponed until the next General Assembly which is to be held at 3.00 pm on Tuesday 17 October 2017 during the 17th ISoP Annual Meeting (ACC Liverpool – Room 2E, Liverpool waterfront, Liverpool L3 4FP).

To prepare for the amendment to Article 1.2 & Article 1.5 of the constitution, an extraordinary General Assembly of ISoP took place at 13.00 on Friday 27 March 2009, during the ISoP Training courses in Verona, Italy (University of Verona).

This General Assembly not being quorate, a second meeting took place at 13.00 on Monday 27 April 2009 at the Karolinska University Hospital, Solna (during the ISPE meeting).

To prepare for the amendment to Article 1.2 & Article 1.5 of the constitution, an extraordinary General Assembly of ISoP took place at 13.00 on Friday 27 March 2009, during the ISoP Training courses in Verona, Italy (University of Verona).

The ordinary General Assembly took place in Buenos Aires on Tuesday 07 October 2008 from 13.15 to 14.00, Libertador A, Sheraton Hotel & Convention Center, Buenos Aires – Argentina.

To prepare for the changes in the statutes, an extraordinary General Assembly of ISoP took place at 12.00 on Wednesday 20 December 2006, at the Green College (Committee room), Woodstock road, Oxford, United Kingdom.
