Event Focus: Improving Diagnosis for Patient Safety
The World Patient Safety Day, inspired by a series of successful Global Ministerial Summits on Patient Safety since 2016 and strong advocacy from various leaders, aims to unite healthcare providers, seekers, and managers to promote safer healthcare practices. The day is grounded in the core medical principle of “First, do no harm.”
ISoP members are encouraged to participate actively in the free online event organized by our Medication Errors SIG. Opportunities are available for members to join as moderators, speakers, and contributors to share their expertise and enhance patient safety practices.
