About the Seminar

Join us for the inaugural ISoP European Artificial Intelligence Seminar, a two-day event dedicated to exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) can responsibly and effectively transform pharmacovigilance (PV).

Under the theme “AI-Powered Pharmacovigilance: Humans in the Loop,” this seminar will examine the dynamic interplay between emerging AI technologies and human expertise—highlighting the opportunities, challenges, and ethical imperatives of AI integration in drug safety and risk management.

Hosted at the Novartis Campus in Basel, the seminar will bring together regulators, industry experts, researchers, and innovators to discuss the latest guidance, practical tools, and trustworthy applications of AI in PV systems.

ISoP seminars must be free of commercial biases, and a strict conflict of interest policy is enforced. We create an international forum for all those with an interest in the clinical, scientific, and regulatory aspects of patient safety when using medicines.
